Export welding quality license system is no longer implemented in electric welder cables

The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ) recently issued a notice to stop the implementation of the export quality license system for products that implement the compulsory product certification system in order to avoid duplication of management.

There are 12 categories of products that no longer implement the export quality license system, including electric welders, IC card-type watt-hour meters, wires, cables, low-power motors below 1100 watts, motorcycles, automobiles, construction machinery, low-voltage electrical appliances, and televisions.
