If it is necessary to solve the problem that normal cables cannot be normally operated in a high temperature environment, cable manufacturers need to conduct research and development improvements on raw materials for production, or use insulating grade raw materials in the production process.

With the rapid development of China's economy, the demand for high-temperature cables in special industries has grown rapidly. Heat-resistant and high-temperature cables have grown at a rate of 20% each year. High-temperature cables, as an important component of special cables , have extremely strong vitality. In short supply, China imports about 2 billion yuan from abroad every year for domestic construction.

In general, plastics and rubber are the main raw materials for wire and cable insulation sheaths because plastics and rubbers are relatively inexpensive and can be used for mass production. However, for some special industries such as petrochemical, steel, aerospace, shipbuilding, military, pharmaceutical, food, plastic machinery, boilers and other industries related to heat and high temperature, these special areas require all facilities to be capable of normal operation at high temperatures. . In all equipments, the most important non-high-temperature wire and cable are the only ones. Only with high-temperature wire and cable can ensure the normal power supply.
